Architectural 50 Year shingles
We use GAF, IKO, Certainteed, & Owens Corning 50 Year shingles. Full roof replacements completed in just ONE DAY for most homes! Roofs over 4,000 Square feet typically take 2-3 days depending on the total size, complexity, and waste involved.
Standing Seam (Most popular metal roofing type) or Screw down/ Exposed hardware Metal Roof. Both can be either 26 Gauge (strongest & thickest) or 29 Gauge.
SBS / Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, Rolled Roofing. Flat roofs / low slope roofs come with a 20 year warranty for parts and labor.
For Roofs less than 10 years old
We can replace only 1 or specific sections of a roof if needed, or also called a facet, in the case where the rest of the roof is in good condition but one area is not.

Replacing, Installing, or removing skylights.
We remove current gutters and down spouts, then install new 5K gutters with hidden hangers to secure gutters directly to the fascia. We do not repair gutters, only replace. We also offer 6K gutters.
